SIMPLE to use, mounted on bench or trolley, Keeps a constant 90° to the hole, then engage spindle “on” with thumb, pull down , tap will be self driven down with thread. With Slight down pressure continued. Soon as hits a STOP or tap bottoms out , the clutch engages – thus no broken taps. Just spins , no movemnt dowwards.
Then just reverse thumb switch, tap will reverse out of hole fully on extendable arm.
Aprox 1.5metre reach , 360°.
Comes complete with 6 x “DIN” clutch collets
HOWEVER ; Can be exchanged for “ISO” collets on request
