ZEC® SEMIFLEX is manufactured with a 2.0mm thick fiber backing support and multiple layers of first-rate abrasive.
ZEC® SEMIFLEX are designed to be mounted on a supportive backing pad. They acquire their flexibility after a few minutes from beginning of working. Therefore the flexibility shall never be tested by hand in a cold condition.
The flexibility permits a reduction in vibrations that are commonly experienced with the use of grinding wheels. The lower vibration reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity. To achieve the best efficiency, users should only exert a slight pressure during working.
ZEC® SEMIFLEX also feature perforated holes which eject materials and stops the work piece from overheating.
