HIT5 PowerCoil Hand Installation Tool
Hand Installation Tools (HIT) are used to install reduced diameter free running wire thread inserts into the tapped hole. The extensive range of hand installation tools suits insert sizes up to M36 and 2″.
MIL spec inserts and Screw Locking inserts cannot be installed using a HIT. These inserts are installed using a Hand Installation Prewinder (HIP), Machine Installation Tool (MIT) or a Machine Installation Tool Pneumatic (MIP).
