The Mitutoyo 107-201 outside micrometer with retracting anvil trigger utilizes an optional dial indicator for fast, accurate GO/NO-GO judgments for mass-produced parts.This series of indicating micrometers can be set up fast for accurate measurements on high volume parts.Once a dial indicator is installed, the micrometer can be set with a known standard such as a gage block.Once calibrated, the user can easily move the trigger to swap out parts quickly and measure a high volume of parts in a short period of time. The Mitutoyo 107 series of micrometers is only available in metric. The Mitutoyo outside micrometer with a retracting anvil trigger offers faster spindle retraction to a set measurement, while increasing throughput accuracy. A hardened steel sleeve securely holds a dial indicator for almost instant GO/NO-GO judgments on parts or workpieces. A ratchet-stop mechanism provides uniform pressure on a workpiece for precise, repeatable measurements.
