SERIES 543 – ABSOLUTE Digimatic Bore Gauge Indicator ID-C
An analogue bar indication is integrated to provide the advantages of analogue display for minimum value measurements.
Exclusively designed for Bore Gauges: this ID-C series indicator has the minimum value holding and GO/NO-GO judgement functions.
Equipped with a data output port that enables incorporation into measurement networking and statistical process control systems.
Up to three sets of reference diameter and upper/lower tolerance values can be stored to simplify the start-up key operation in repetitive hole inspection of mixed-diameter holes.
Employing an ABSOLUTE Linear Encoder, the Bore Gauge ID-C always displays the absolute position of the plunger from the origin at power-on. Also, the reliability has been increased due to the elimination of over-speed errors.
