Description
The function of hydraulic oil pumps can often be improved irrespective of the machinery driven, because they are isolated from the variables found at the workplace. A major factor in the performance of hydraulic systems is the fluid medium. This absorbs a relatively large amount of energy when the pump is started up because of the high internal resistance of hydraulic oil. Excessive friction also occurs if the oil’s viscosity is too low and this leads to wear. Such conditions can cause breakdowns. FUCHS has developed a series of so-called “low friction” oils, which reduce energy consumption and wear when hydraulic pumps are started up. These products also improve reliability and eliminate breakdowns caused by insufficient or excess viscosity, both problems associated with normal HLP hydraulic oils.
Overview:
Renolin B 32 Plus is a top-tier hydraulic oil from Fuchs Lubricants, formulated with advanced additives for extended performance. It is ideal for use in various hydraulic systems, providing exceptional ageing resistance, protection against corrosion and wear, and excellent demulsifying properties. This oil ensures reliable operation of hydraulic systems by maintaining its performance even in extreme conditions, thus extending the service life of both the oil and the machinery.
Specification:
Highly resistant to aging, excellent wear protection, good demulsifying properties, maintains performance under thermal stress, adheres to DIN 51 524, Part 2 standards, viscosity at 40°C is 32 cSt, density at 15°C is 0.85 kg/L, pour point is -27°C, flash point is >185°C, viscosity index is 100.
Technical:
Recommendations for use include ensuring systems are clean before oil application, monitoring oil condition during use, and following safety protocols such as wearing appropriate PPE. The Renolin B 32 Plus offers a viscosity of 32 mm2/s at 40°C, a flash point greater than 220°C, and excellent stability under both low and high temperatures.
