The Mitutoyo Digimatic depth micrometer with interchangeable rods measures a wide range of depths with high accuracy. Measurements are displayed on a digital LCD readout with SPC output for easy automatic recording. The Mitutoyo digital interchangeable rod type depth micrometer offers great versatility for measuring a range of depths with the included extension rods. The 329-251-30 depth micrometer’s rod contact measuring points are lapped and carbide tipped for incredible flatness and better precision. The ratchet stop mechanism provides uniform pressure for precise, repeatable measurements. The Mitutoyo 329 series of interchangeable depth micrometers allow users to take a wide variety of depth measurements and are offered in different ranges, graduations and base lengths. The interchangeable depth micrometers easy to use as well as switch out the different measuring rods depending on the depth you require for a specific application. Each time an interchangeable depth rod is switched out on the gage, the depth micrometer must be set again to a master. Gage blocks are most commonly used to set the Mitutoyo interchangeable depth micrometers and we are happy to assist you in finding a master for your depth gage if needed.
