Description

CUT-MAX® 226S is fortified with sulphur and
chlorinated wax type extreme pressure agents,
blended into highly refined petroleum oil to give
excellent surface finish to machined components.
The sulphurised additive is especially formulated to
remain completely soluble in the petroleum oil base.
This low viscosity fluid is also coupled with chlorinated
wax to provide good coolant flow, thus prolonging
cutting tool life.

Applications
CUT-MAX® 226S is used for medium and difficult
machining of ferrous metals – medium duty
automatic machining, milling, broaching, gear
cutting, hobbing, forming cold heading and is ideal
also as a coolant for gun drilling.

Recommendation For Use
CUT-MAX® 226S is used neat, as supplied for heavy
machining operations. Can be diluted with light oil for
light machining operations.
