Description

CUT-MAX™ MQL 8 is based on synthetic esters with
high content of saturated fatty acids. Selected anti
oxidants provide the fluid with high oxidation
resistance. A combination of extreme pressure and
anti-wear additives provides the fluid with high load
carrying properties.
CUT-MAX™ MQL 8 does not contain sulphur or
chlorine.

Applications
CUT-MAX™ MQL 8 is a high performing MQL fluid
designed for use on non-ferrous materials in
particular various aluminium grades and most ferrous
metals. It is used for all classical MQL / MIST
applications such as turning ,milling, drilling, and
sawing.
CUT-MAX™ MQL 8 can be used for single or dual
channel spray equipment.

Recommendation For Use
CUT-MAX™ MQL 8 is used neat, as supplied for
machining operations.
