Description

HOCUT® 767 B-au is an economical, chlorine-free,
synthetic metal removal fluid for general purpose
machining and grinding. This versatile product can be
used in a broad array of light to medium duty
machining and grinding applications for ferrous
metals including low and high carbon steels, cast iron,
nodular and grey iron, and 52100 bearing steel.
HOCUT® 767 B-au is also an ideal coolant for glass
grinding.

Applications
HOCUT® 767 B-au is compatible with hard water,
clean-running and biostable assuring long, odor-free
sump life and is suitable for both centralized systems
and single sump machines. HOCUT® 767 B-au
provides high corrosion protection without staining.
Low foaming characteristics make HOCUT® 767B-au
an excellent choice for high pressure applications

Recommendation For Use
The recommended usage concentration of HOCUT®
767 B-au for Machining is from 20:1 (5%) to 10:1
(10%) and for Surface Grinding is from 33:1 (3%) to
20:1 (5%).
