Houghton’s international research and development
team have produced a totally new high technology
machining and grinding coolant: HOCUT® 795 MPB.
HOCUT® 795 MPB provides excellent heavy duty,
clean running machining performance on both
ferrous and non-ferrous metals without the use of
chlorinated or sulphurised compounds. It has unique
resistance to bacteria and fungal growth that is
achieved without the use of traditional biocides

Applications
HOCUT® 795 MPB is a versatile, high oil, semisynthetic metal removal fluid for medium to heavy
duty machining and grinding of ferrous and
nonferrous metals. HOCUT® 795 MPB is targeted for
automotive applications especially for machining
cast iron and powdered metal parts without forming
sticky residues common with these materials.
HOCUT® 795 MPB is non-staining of automotive
grade cast aluminum alloys including 308, 319, 356,
380, 384, and 390. Low foaming characteristics make
HOCUT® 795 MPB an excellent choice for high
pressure applications.

Recommendation For Use
The recommended usage concentration of HOCUT®
795 MPB for Machining is from 20:1 (5%) to 10:1
(10%) and for Grinding is from 33:1 (3%) to 20:1
(5%).
