Today’s manufacturing environment requires
products that are capable of performing in many
applications. HOCUT® 797 BU is a uniquely bioresistant, versatile, semi-synthetic coolant for
machining and grinding of ferrous and nonferrous
metals in medium duty operations. It is formulated
with emulsifiers, lubricity additives and inhibitors that
offer excellent residual fluid film corrosion protection.

Applications
HOCUT® 797 BU is a low odour, bio stable EP and
clean running cutting fluid designed to give extended
emulsion life. It mixes readily with water to provide
excellent corrosion protection and lubricating
properties.
HOCUT® 797 BU is an excellent product for
machining ferrous and non-ferrous medium
machining due to its unique additive properties.

Recommendation For Use
The recommended usage concentration of HOCUT®
797 BU for Machining is from 20:1 (5%) to 10:1 (10%)
and for Grinding is from 33:1 (3%) to 20:1 (5%).
This may be customised to suit individual needs or
solutions, which may vary from time to time. Quaker
